Profile

Ciro Eduardo Bazán Navarro is a Mechanical-Electrical Engineer from the University of Piura (UDEP)-Peru, Master and Doctor in Economics  from University Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC)-Spain. He has concluded his doctoral thesis thanks to the sponsorship of the Scholarship Program Robert S. McNamara of the World Bank institute. His main line of research focuses on economic analysis of electricity markets (regulation, restructuring, investments, auctions, etc.). He has worked as a full professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Piura (UDEP). He has been Research Director at Catholic University Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT). Currently he is Director of the Academic  Department of Business Administration at the USAT.
